The Foot skills clinics are geared toward improving the individual skills of a field player and key areas of focus include: passing, dribbling, receiving and finishing.
The Team clinics are geared toward improving team support and strategy. Areas of focus include: ball possession, transition play, using the width and depth of field, and set plays. The Ann Arbor United coaching staff will work closely with the team officials to accomplish their desired goals.
The Speed and Agility clinics are geared toward helping players improve their functional speed and movement on the field. These sessions will also help to build core muscle strength to minimize potential injuries during practice and games.
The Goalkeeper clinics are geared toward helping players learn the techniques and tactics of the position.
Open and team clinics are offered during the outdoors seasons (fall and spring). Speed and agility as well as the goalkeeper sessions are offered year round.
